#GongChaTeaParty – WIN FREE TEA FOR A YEAR

Terms and Conditions for the #GongChaTeaParty Instagram Promotion Competition:

           Eligibility:

• The promotion competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, residing in the Philippines and who accept these terms and conditions only.
• Employees, representatives, agents or third parties of Gong cha Philippines or any of its group companies, and their families or households, and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to participate in the competition. Applications automatically generated by computer will be deemed invalid and will not be eligible for this competition.

  
  How to Enter:

• To enter the competition, participants must follow the official Instagram account of Gong cha Philippines.
• Participants must complete the specified action or task mentioned in the competition post. For example, purchase a Gong Cha beverage product on 21 July 2023, take a selfie photograph with themselves and the Gong Cha beverage product and then post the photograph on Instagram with the hashtag #gongchateaparty to enter the promotional competition.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
• The competition period will commence at 2:00pm on 21/07/2023 (21 July 2023) and will close at 4:00pm on 21/07/2023 (21 July 2023).

  
  Prize:

• The prize for the competition will be clearly stated in the Instagram post. [For example, a gift card or voucher for one (1) regular sized cup of Gong Cha black milk tea a week for a year (between 21 July 2023 to 20 July 2024) valued at Philippine currency. The only participating countries offering prizes in this competition include Philippines, South Korea, Japan, USA, etc.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• Gong cha Philippines reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if necessary.

  
  Winner Selection and Notification:

• The three winners will be selected based on the criteria mentioned in the competition post.
• The winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within seven days of the competition period ending.
• The winner must respond to the notification within seven to claim the prize.
• If the winner fails to respond within the specified time, another winner will be selected.

  
  Publicity and Personal Data:

• By participating in the competition, participants agree to allow Gong cha Philippines to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes.
• Any personal data collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of [administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy https://www.gong-cha.com/web/privacy.

  
  General Conditions:

• Gong cha Philippines reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms and conditions or tampering with the entry process.
• Gong cha Philippines reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the competition at any time without prior notice, if deemed necessary.
  By participating in the competition, participants agree to release Gong cha Philippines from any liability arising from their participation or use of the prize.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Philippines.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition shall be the subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Philippines.
