FELIX TEA MASTER GIVEAWAY

Mechanics:

1. Promo period November 8 – December 5, 2025 only
2. Customers must make a purchase of at least one Felix Pick drinks (Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Pearls or Taro Milk) along with any of the following:

• Gong cha x Felix Collectible Merchandise
• Felix Cup Sleeve
• Felix Standee

3. Customers are required to upload an official receipt showing the purchase of at least one (1) Gong cha Felix Pick drink within the promo submission period, ensuring that the date is clearly visible and valid.
4. Customers must submit their entries through this link: https://forms.gle/gV5NyjgwZgn769uK9 with the following details:

• Full Name
• Address
• Email address
• Contact Number
• Upload of official receipt (with at least one Felix Pick drinks)
• Social Media Account of their choice

5. Timeline for photo submission period are as follows:

• Batch 1 : November 8 – 14, 2025
• Batch 2: November 21 – 27, 2025
• Batch 3: December 2 – 5, 2025

6. Raffle draw will be held on three (3) separate dates for three batches via Google Meet with the presence of a DTI representative, the following date are as follows:

• November 15, 2025
• November 29,2025
• December 6, 2025

7. 50 winners of Felix Tea master Card for the 1st and 2nd Batch, for the 3rd Batch will have 37 winners. The prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable.
8. Winners shall be notified via email, message, SMS and thru registered mail. Their names will be posted at our social media pages.
9. Winner/s may claim his/her prize at the nearest Gong cha store. If outside the Luzon area, please note that receiving to the store and claiming the price may take a few days or weeks due to logistics and delivery time
10. If claiming through an authorized representative, present the authorized letter from the winner as well as the valid id of the winner and the representative
11. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Gong cha with prior approval of DTI.
12. All employees of Gong cha and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

Terms and Conditions

1. This giveaway is open to all Gong cha and Felix fans, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
2. Use of Felix merchandise (Pin Badge, Key Rings) and the Felix Standee in photo entries is optional.
3. Participants are required to purchase at least one (1) Felix Pick drink (Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Pearls or Taro Milk) and the official receipt clearly showing the date of purchase within the valid submission period. Only eligible and verifiable receipts will be considered valid entries.
4. Entries shall remain valid and eligible regardless of whether the participant follows Gong cha’s official social media pages.
5. Multiple entries are allowed; however, each participant may only win once during the entire promo period.
6. Winners will be selected by Gong cha Philippines. All decisions made by Gong cha Philippines are final and binding.
7. Official winners will be announced exclusively through Gong cha Philippines’ verified social media pages.

Submission & Announcement Schedule

There will be 3 sets of winners throughout November & December 2025.
Each batch will have a photo submission period and a winner announcement date as follows:

Note:
Entries submitted from previous batches will not be carried over to the next round. Participants must submit a new photo for each batch to qualify.

Prize Redemption:

Winners may claim their Felix License Card at the nearest Gong cha branch in their area. For branches outside the Luzon area, please note that claiming may take a few days or weeks due to delivery schedules.
